How to Join
Start by coming out and meeting us at any of our events. We then extend bids (an offer to pledge) to those who show interest in membership. Men who accept bids become Phikeia (a title given to pledges translating from Greek to mean 'young one'). Before pledges can join they are required to complete the Phikeia education program during the school semester (typically 2-4 hours per week). The program builds the knowledge and skills an active member will need, as well as strong friendships between the members of the term's Phikeia class and the members of the active chapter.
